Governance
Transparent, accountable, community-led
Our mission
KSOM exists to tackle poverty and hardship, reduce social and financial exclusion, and advance health and wellbeing in Kilburn and the surrounding areas.
We do this by using music and the creative arts to strengthen resilience, build confidence, support emotional wellbeing and celebrate community identity. We provide food and nutritional education, deliver skills-based programmes including digital inclusion and mentoring, and run activities for children, adults, older people and families.
At the heart of everything we do is The PlayHut in Kilburn Grange Park – a community hub where residents can access support, connections and a warm welcome, regardless of means.
Annual review
Our 2024 annual review is now available to download. It covers a year of activity across our community programmes, events and partnerships – from music and creative arts sessions to wellbeing workshops, digital skills training and children’s activities at The Play Hut.
KSOM exists to tackle poverty and hardship, reduce social exclusion and advance health and wellbeing in Kilburn. In 2024, thousands of people took part in our activities and events – a community we’re proud to serve, and committed to growing.
