A gentle space to connect
Reminiscence, Work & Play is a relaxed weekly session for people living with dementia and their companions. Come along, join in as much or as little as you like, and enjoy some time together at the PlayHut in Kilburn.
Time to remember
A calm, welcoming space where people can spend time together, share memories and enjoy simple creative activities at their own pace. There’s no pressure to do anything in particular – you can join in, observe, or simply sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
Simple activities, shared moments
Each session includes a mix of gentle, creative activities such as storytelling, art, movement and gardening.
These are designed to be accessible and enjoyable, helping to spark memories, encourage expression and create moments of connection.
You can take part as much or as little as you like – everything is guided and supported in a relaxed, informal way.
A space to feel at ease
The session is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment where people can socialise, express themselves and feel at ease.
Companions are encouraged to take part too – sharing the experience together often brings moments of joy, recognition and connection.
Warm drinks and snacks are available, and there’s always time to sit, chat and simply be together.
