This weekly group offers a safe, welcoming space for women in Kilburn to come together, share experiences and support one another.
There’s no pressure to speak – you can listen, talk or simply be in the company of others who understand.
A safe space to connect and be heard
This is a calm, welcoming space at the PlayHut in Kilburn where you can share what’s on your mind, listen to others or simply sit quietly.
No pressure to speak or explain yourself – come as you are, in your own time and in your own way.
There’s real comfort in knowing you’re not alone – and many women find that being around others with shared experiences makes a real difference. As you can see, sometimes we get creative.
